Yes, there is a lift on the ground floor, which accesses Bistro George on level one and the Rooftop on level two. There is also an accessible bathroom on each level.

We recommend smart casual attire throughout the entire venue but feel free to step it up a notch and dress more formally if you have a special occasion, party or event at Jacksons on George. At Bistro George and the Rooftop, our dress code excludes singlets, thongs or flip flops as well as sports hats and beanies.

We cater for dietary preferences including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and more. When placing an order or making a reservation with us, we kindly ask that you inform us about any specific dietary restrictions or preferences.

We are a fully licensed venue, therefore we do not offer a BYO service.

No, there is no onsite parking. However, there are many parking stations within proximity to Jacksons on George but we recommend travelling by public transport as it’s more economical and super convenient. We are located next to Circular Quay’s trains, ferries, buses and light rail and a seven minute walk from Wynyard.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards.

There is a smoking section in front of the venue and within our Gaming Room.

Yes, the Public Bar offers happy hour from 5pm to 7pm from Monday to Friday.

Children under 18 are welcome but need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

We will do our best to find the owner of property left behind. Lost property will be stored for one month and then donated to a local charity.

There is an ATM located on the ground floor in the Public Bar.

Pets are not allowed at Jacksons on George but support animals are welcome.
