It’s tactile, interactive and made to be shared, encouraging conversation, connection and a little playful indulgence across the table. Each serving includes a glass of crisp Chablis, with the option to elevate the evening with caviar or a bottle of La Chablisienne Chablis for the table.

I have fond memories of eating fresh crab with crusty bread at Mourne’s Seafood, located in the seaside town of Dundrum, Northern Ireland. This dish is a nod to those memories, reimagined for a lunch or evening setting. We source live spanner crabs from Ballina, NSW, supplied by our good friends at Red Claw Seafoods. The crab is hand-picked to highlight its natural sweetness, served simply so the quality of the ingredient speaks for itself.”
