This exclusive evening features a four-course menu curated by Head Chef Steven Sinclair that incorporates Roku Gin throughout each dish. These dishes will be paired with three Roku Gin Sakura Bloom Edition cocktails, which will be explored during the dinner via a gin tasting by House of Suntory ambassador James Buntin. Plus Saskia Havekes, from Grandiflora, will host a perfume induction speaking to the fragrance inspired by this limited-edition gin.
